Definitions

You may be referred to as either the ‘client’, ‘customer’, ‘student’ or ‘participant’. Sinead Fine  is the ‘supplier’. The terms ‘ecourse’ ‘e-learning’ ‘program’ ‘course’ and ‘self-study’ are interchangeable and refer to any course that you study at home and not in a physical property or venue with Sinead Fine present. The terms ‘materials’ ‘modules’ ‘downloads’ ‘PDFs’ ‘lessons’ and ‘coursework’ refer to the electronic documents, videos & supporting information that are provided for your studies.

“Lifetime Access” means ongoing and complete access to the Ecourses for the life of the program, not for your life or the life of Sinead Fine. This is ongoing access at no additional charge until the course is no longer offered, at which time all members will be given at least 3 months notice before the program is closed. Any future closure of the program or community in the future does not affect the refund policy and does not entitle members to any form of refund.

Earnings disclaimer

Sinead Fine does not guarantee that you will get any results or earn any money using any of our products, ideas, tools, strategies or recommendations. Nothing on our site is a promise or guarantee to you of future earnings.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with Tarot for Women’s subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Israel.

No Professional Advice

The information on our site including Facebook, emails and online chats cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, financial, medical, psychological, or legal matters.

For example, you should regularly consult a doctor in all matters relating to your health. We are not responsible for your health or any decisions you make in regards to it.

Sinead Fine is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages that may result, including but not limited to economic loss, injury, illness or death. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life.

By using our site, you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for any decisions or actions, at any time, under any circumstance.

Enrolment

Enrolment is not considered complete until payment has been made in full and has been cleared by the relevant payment system. For details on payment plans, see below. 

Cancellation

Your statutory right under the consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that you have 14 working days in which to receive a refund. A request for cancellation must be made in writing (email) explaining why you believe our tarot courses are not for you. Any email received after 14 working days is not eligible for a refund.

Be aware however that you lose access to the course you purchased by asking for a refund.

Payment Plans

In order to make our courses affordable for as many people as possible, we offer payment plans. Please ensure you have read, and understand, the payment plan terms below.

Payment plans are via PayPal or the Teachable platform where the courses are hosted. Sinead Fine does not have access to any of your bank or credit card details.

Any account or credit card updates must be done via the Teachable platform through which the course is hosted. www.tarotforwomen.teachable.com. For PayPal you will be given instructions to update your relavant payment.

Payment plans vary depending on the product bought. The first payment is withdrawn upon successful registration, with equal payments due on the same day of each month until the balance is paid in full. These payments are automatically withdrawn from your chosen payment account.

If a monthly payment defaults, your account will be suspended after 14 working days. You will not have access to the online student portal until the payment has been made. Several automatic attempts will be made to secure payment through your chosen payment method. Sinead or a member of her team will get in touch if this occurs.

Unsuccessful payment will result in your student website account being suspended and, as an inactive student, you will not have access to the ecourse, future trainings, social media groups or monthly Zoom calls during this time. These will be reinstated when the outstanding amount and any late fees due have been paid.

If a payment is declined, this was something done by the bank or credit card company. Please contact your bank or credit card company for more information.

In the event of a failed monthly payment, you can create a new payment plan for the remaining balance. This new payment plan must not exceed the previous payment plan duration.

If your payment plan defaults, your account will be classified as inactive. If you return to your studies at a later date, you will be subjected to any course fee increases and will need to pay any price difference to reinstate your account.

These payment plan terms may change in the future. Any student who has already started a payment plan and is not in default at the time of changes, the payment plan terms that were in place previously will apply.

Refund Policy

Yes! If you are not happy with any of the courses from Sinead Fine, you are eligible for a refund. The refund is for up to 14 days from the day after full payment was made. A request for cancellation must be made in writing (email) explaining why you believe our tarot courses are not for you. Any email received after 14 working days is not eligible for a refund. A refund results in a loss of access to the course you purchased.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. Please read the privacy policy on this website. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

There is an SSL certificate installed in this website for extra security. We do not take any payments or store information of your credit card on this site as we use a third party payment system: PayPal.

Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or distribute your information to anyone. Your private details are stored via Flodesk for newsletters. All opt in forms on this website are GDPR compliant.
